I have two additional charges of £3.25 each on my bill this month.
They are for premium rate messages which I did not sign up for. I since deleted the texts as I have no storage space on my phone.
I have blocked the number on my phone now - will this stop me recieving the messages for good? Is there anyway to get a refund?

You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:
Bar all Direct to bill debits
Bar Premium rate numbers
Veritas Numquam Perit
