Hi, so I wanted to change my tariff (big bundle 15pounds) but it says it will start  on 17 February 2038? Thank you

That's an error which occurs often!

Give O2 a call on 4445 and let them change your tariff.

Your tariff will still change when you next top up on your anniversary date.
