Hi, I'm gonna be away for 6 months and I would like to change my monthly tariff to a pay-as-you-go tariff as I would like to keep the number but I won't use the data at all. Is there something I can do? thank you.

So long as you are not still in the minimum period you should be able to do this @lorenaperezverd
Best idea is to check when you are eligible to upgrade in your account once you log into your account (it's under view and change my tariff).
Alternatively, if you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
