Change my plans as pay as you go

I traveled to another count for a couple of months.
I will not use my O2 here.
I need to change my month payment for pay as you go.

You can't just change your contract to PAYG UNLESS you are at the end of your contract and its paid off in full.

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

Once it's paid off, then you can choose to go to PAYG.

However PAYG rates when abroad (depending where you go) are more expensive than those on contract.

You may be better off just using Wifi, contacting friends and family via messenger or whatsapp.

Or even buy a local sim to use when abroad (although you will still be liable for your O2 contract payments.)
