Cancelling pays as you go from overseas

Hi,

 

I have a pay as you go plan with o2. The account get's debited monthly automatically. I have recently moved back to Australia and wish to cancel this payment as I no longer need a UK phone number. 

 

I can't find anywhere on the website or in my O2 on how to cancel this. Does anyone have any experience on stopping this payment from overseas?

 

Appreciate any help.

Near the bottom of that link is this: 

Can I stop my auto top-up?
Yes. To stop your auto top-up and delete your details go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2. Then go to auto top-up and you can then cancel your auto top-up and details.
If for some reason that doesn't work, you'll have to contact customer service. The numbers are in the link below.

@Bambino has it spot on either go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2Then go to auto top-up and you can then cancel your auto top-up or, if you still need advice, give customer service a quick call Smiley Happy
