Hi - I've been trying to top up my Big Bundle sim online, which I've been doing for years. Today, my debit card and credit card payments won't work - I get an error message which say they aren't authorised. Both cards worked today in shops. Is this some sort of glitch with O2? If I don't top up I am stuffed, I don't have a home phone, and have a disabled son and a frail elderly parent - I need my phone to work!

Same here. I have tried three different debit cards from two diffent banks on both PC and phone. All rejected and can't top up. Obviously a problem with O2 system. Will try again to-morrow.

It certainly sounds like a system issue. The payment line does seem to have problems from time to time. I suggest you try in the morning.
