Hello. I have the following problem: Whenever I start a call I hear the "Bundle call" message and after a minute and so the conversation ends with a message displayed about my ballance. I use the International Big Bundle. It happens regardless if I'm calling abroad or in the UK. Can you please help me have a descent conversation?

Probably best to phone customer services to find out what's going on then.

You can ask customer service to switch off the balance notifications (the ones after the call) but the "bundle call" notifications cannot be disabled.
