On my pay as you go sim I ran out of my data allowance. I then purchased the 500MB snack product however my data is not working?

Iff you purchased a bolt on and it's not working, then reboot your phone first.

If there is no change then contact O2 on any of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
