Hi does anyone know how to cancel a Big Bundle? I topped up and 02’s charged me for the money I topped up for a big bundle when I don’t want this.

Would I need to get another bundle if it does expire for me to top up and use credit as normal?

You can only use credit for out of allowance use whilst a bundle is active.

You can't use credit at any other time on a bundle tariff.
