Hi, I bought a Sim card last month in Bristol. it is a pay as you go sim. When I activated it on my phone there was no balance so I got back to the store. I bought the same a week later I travel one hour for that because I’m living in Cotswold and then they told me there was a technical problem. This is not the SIM card they’re using recently so when I paid 20 pounds for 40 GB of Sim card, there was no tariff available in the SIM so they thought it’s abnormal. they put 40 gigabyte in my Sim so it’s been working. I thought the problem solved. But now it’s been a month and then I tried to top up to extend my Sim and it’s not working again. I am abroad right now, but if I don’t expend it’s gonna be expired and I’m gonna lose all my contacts please help.

Most modern phones don't store contract on the SIM
