Opening times. Monday - Friday, 8am - 9pm. Saturday, 8am - 8pm. Sunday, 8am - 6pm ...

As with most things, you have to widen your scope a little to find the opening hours for O2 Telephone Support on English Bank Holidays, @Mark60 -

Strange seeing most call centres are located in countries that don't have Bank Holidays.
