I HAVE NOT BOUGHT A BIG BUNDLE!!

The £5 Big Bundle was added to my phone WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.

SO, HOW DO I CANCEL THE BIG BUNDLE? 

HELP PLEASE!!

You cannot cancel a bundle completely.

You have to have one of the bundles active as that's all O2 provide now.

If you want basic PAYG on O2 network, you need to look at Tesco or giffgaff.
