Auto Top Up.

I have four devices linked to my O2 account.

If I try to set up auto top up the page always defaults to the same phone number, not the one I want to set up auto top up for, and as far as I can see there is no way of changing this.

There seems to be no way of contacting O2 by email or phone to query this.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

Thanks.

You can only have one phone linked to auto top up per account.

You need them on seperate logins to do each one individually.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

All other numbers and methods of contact are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Thanks everyone.

I deleted the number I don't want to use auto top up for from my account.

Now auto top up defaults to another number which I don't want to set up auto top up for! Seems to choose the top number in the list. The number I want to auto top up is at the bottom of the list!

Looks like I'll have to delete numbers one at a time until it defaults to the number I want to set up auto top up for. Then having set up auto top up I can relink to the removed numbers. What a palaver!
