I have an existing PAYG account. I recently got a second PAYG SIM to use in an "emergency" phone. I was logged in to my existing account when I ordered this second sim. When I log into my account, I can see no details for this second sim. I would prefer to add it to my existing account. How do I do that?

I found that - but it needs me to log in the another account for the other phone - which was done while logged in to my existing account

You will need to call customer services to get a new password for the new SIM card.
