Your direct debit should come across automatically, if it hasn't (the bank can play funny at times), then you need to call o2 on 0800 902 0217 and they can sort it for you.

Also I don't have access to my account. I had three numbers with Virgin and one SIM from O2. Now O2 when I log in to virgin it redirects me to O2 and when I log into O2 it only recognises my O2 SIM not the virgin numbers!!!

At the moment the combining of accounts has been suspended during the switch.
I'm afraid you have to set up a different MyO2 account for each SIM
