unlatching a phone and haven't got a customer services password?

I resently bought a Samsumg s4 that was on contract with o2 & more recently on pay as you go from a friend. i bought a pay as you go sim and topped up by £20 and used it to activate it. I have registered on o2. I filled in the unlock form but was not successful because of not satisfing sacurity. The only question I could not answer was the password from customer services.

I would aprieciate some help.
