I was scammed today  . An order for a very expensive phone was ordered on my account, I spoke to

customer services who said she would cancel the order, however i got a text from DPD saying they will

be delivering my new phone on Monday. What can I do.

If the order has already been picked and dispatched Customer Services cant stop it most of the time..

You need to contact o2 on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from your o2 phone.

You also need to report to the police at https://actionfraid.police.uk

I would also recommend changing all your passwords for both o2 and email accounts, and would keep an eye on you credit report, as now they have all your personal data then they can use it for more nefarious purposes...

Also let your bank know, and also keep an eye out for random direct debits.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Exactly the same happened to me today. I reported it.  I have changed my passwords and email address and still got a text from DPD to say they are delivering on Monday.

You will do if it has already been dispatched and on the truck out of o2's distribution centres...

Just remember o2 will NEVER ask you for the security code that comes to you by text, or call you offering an amazing deal.
