i recently sent my phone to o2 for a repair, but after checking the repair tracker it says that they have had to exchange my phone. so they have pretty much closed the job and are sending my phone back to me. But i've had no quote or anything emailed to me before hand?

@Cleggers99 If the phone you sent for repair was still under warranty it's possible that there is no charge and they're replacing your phone. It's also possible that they may not send you the same phone but an equivalent one. It would probably be a good idea to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402. If you have no phone to call you can download Skype and call the Freephone numbers: Guide: A Guide to Skype 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

funny enough i've just received my phone this morning, with a note saying that they couldn't repair within 7 days and that they have replaced my phone and transferred my existing warranty over to my replacement phone. so i'm assuming it's a none chargeable repair
