Did a payment of 555 gbp (deposit + upfront). But website crashed at the last page. Didn't recieve any email for confirmation and it's more than 5 days now, I've not recieved my money back.

o2 dont have your money.
You need to speak to your bank or credit card company, as the money has been ring fenced by them, and will be waiting for the authorisation code to not be claimed . This usually takes between 24hrs and 7days.
Your bank should be able to help.
