ordered samsung galaxy s6 on thursday was promised next day delivery but still nothing??

hi, so, as the title says i ordered my upgrade on thursday well before the 10pm deadline,it was about 2.30,  i recieved all confirmation emails and texts to say it will be delivered on friday between 8-8 and i am still waiting? obviously it isnt going to turn up today  (sunday) but i really cant afford to take another day off work, i dont have neighbours or a secondry address, i have rung them and they said i just have to wait in for it??  when i look on my 02 it says order complete, which obviously it isnt, when i try to go to order tracking number its saying that the parcel hasnt reached dpd yet? what should i do?

True what @MI5 says so take his advice. You may be lucky enough to get someone who will help you as an individual...and not give you the 'party line'/ Thing is you need to ask EXACTLY when this delivery is expected...and challenge CS (politely) as to whether it is actually in stock......

i have rung them again today and because i havent recieved a tracking order they cant definatly say, i did actually get a helpful man who understood but there was nothing he could do, i asked if they were out of stock he said no. 

i ordered it thursday and not on black friday to avoid 'black friday' 😞 so yep looks like i am sitting in on monday too,   oh well lets hope that it turns up haha 

i wouldnt of minded had they said when i ordered it there is going to be a delay on that its the not knowing and cs not knowing 😞

You're saving grace is that DPD are very good so as soon as they get it they will deliver it out to you.
