Twice i have phoned 202 to upgrade......a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes.....i'd be quicker calling tesco mobile or carphone warehouse!! I'll persivere for ten more minutes then im off. This is abysmal customer service!

Go in store and work your magic of bartering. I did this with the iPhone 6 plus and walked out with one in ten minutes. Didn't get any discount though 😞

NEVER UPGRADE OVER THE PHONE through customer services. Shop around for the best deal with the handset you want and if your unsure ask everyone here.
Going through the networks directly is often vastly more expensive, unless you go through to the retentions team and haggle a good deal!!

I think anyone trying to upgrade over the phone 'at this time of year' ...is going to be on a losing streak anyway..:smileysad:

So what's a 4G speed test got to do with not being able to make a voice call ?

Not really all that off topic as it related to 4G and speeds. Following the line of posts makes sense and shouldn't really confuse.
