i transferred from o2 to voxi last month. i got a text message saying that from 12/01 my credit balance was £20 and i could claim a refund once the transfer was complete and the transfer was complete on the 15/01. on the 16/01 and the 17/01, £15 was taken from my account each day (thankfully i was able to claim one of the £15 back through my bank) but this has been £35 wasted to a bill i haven’t used at all this month? i was on the phone with an advisor a few days later and they told me to hold while they went to check it out and after half an hour, hung up the call with no explanation? i went and placed TWO SEPERATE compliments to o2 about this appalling customer service and three weeks later i have yet to receive a response. i’m truly ashamed of the lack of customer service, and after getting in contact over twitter quite a few times still no helped received. can someone help me?

You say you have put in two complaints, were these via Complaints Review they are taking around 8 weeks to respond
