i cannot access my o2 webmail to view my emails both on my lapto and my desk top, page will not open

I know it's not your responsibility @Toby but surely the email/webmail shutdown plan should have had a properly functioning procedure built into it ?

From what I have seen, somebody at the top decided to shut it down, told somebody else to send out notification emails then flicked the switch......as Sean Bean would say "One does not simply........."

Hi @viridis 

After Sky began to migrate O2 Home Broadband customers to their network, O2 Webmail was closed down for non-Broadband customers. However, those who were converted over to Sky had their Webmail storage space limit decreased to 20MB, but they are still active. I am looking into whether these members are affected by an issue, or have misunderstood the process. I hope that makes sense!
