As has been widely reported, o2 email has closed. A quick search on here will find you numerous threads on this.

O2 appear to be in the process of closing down any stragglers that are left.

You would have been notified in our around November 2013 of the email service closing both by email and text

Hi

I am having this issue with O2 webmail. Blank screen for 2 days now

I have a Sky ID but have never used it. If I sign in to Sky, will i be able to view all my old emails (I have a few sub-folders that I need to access as they have Holiday confirmation/travel documents in)

Also, if I use Sky, is my email address the same?

It really looks, with the amount of O2 email posts we have had over the last few days, that this will be the last push of stopping it all....

Not sure about the same email address @Anonymous You will need to contact Sky about that...

You will need to call Sky customer services for answers to those questions.

I'm in a similar, fairly desperate boat with lots of important info in folders - also plenty of addresses/phone nos. in their address book. When I first called o2 they said it was all down to Sky. When I called them (second attempt - gave up after waiting half an hour the first time) I was told categorically that o2 webmail was nothing to do with them. When I tried o2 again, I was told to try another device and/or give it a day to see if my access resumes. Is there possibly a sense of being fobbed off here?! Is anyone else faring any better? It's unbelievable that they could just close the system without giving any warning closer to the actual event than Nov. 2013!!

It would be useful @Toby We have had a number of posts over the last 5 days all complaining of the same thing.....To be honest it looks as if O2 are 'clearing up' any 'stragglers' (to coin a phrase)....

Of course 15 months, on many people are complaining they weren't notified....

I too appear to be a straggler who had no prior notice of o2 shutting down my email account! NOT pleased!
