Hi,
I dont seem to be able to access my webmail online.....Ive logged in but the webmail icon in 'My O2' is no longer available.
Please can you help me access my email account

@Anonymous O2 Webmail has now closed, they have been emailing customers advising of its closure for over 6 months.
Sadly if you have not migrated your email and contacts over to another provider already this has now been lost

Webmail was being shut down from I believe the 7th July. You should have received notification by email. Your only hope is customer service.

Not good news I'm afraid ...as said customer services are the only hope (and I doubt they will be able to help)
