Am I right in thinking customer service have to do this or can it be done online?
The faq just say to disable wifi and nothing about derigistering.

Yes I realise you will only be able to use mobile data by disabling wifi. What I'm asking is if there is a link anywhere to derigister or is it a question of having to call customer service
