I selected to have my credit sent to me in the way of a voucher, I selected the web option to have it sent to me rather than post as we are in lockdown.
although it is showing in my history as selecting the voucher I still have not had the code sent to me by email/web, how can I get this sorted as at the moment there is no way to contact O2 as this is not deemed as essential??
