iPhone 12 Pro Max Upgrade

I upgraded my phone last week to the iPhone 12 pro max in Graphite and was advised it would be delivered within 1 week - nearly one week later and I have had no despatch email and also on my O2 account it says that they are awaiting stock. Has anyone else had this problem? Also if so, has anyone been advised on a deliver date?

You need to call customer service
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary
