I want to cancel an order that hasnt been shipped but due to recent events i cant get a hold on customer service. What can i do?

You could try with Skype if you have it

You could try Skype on 0800 032 1402 if the usual numbers are busy

It may be that you have to wait for delivery and return it to cancel. CS will advise you
