Upgrading on My02

If I ugrade on the app from pay monthly contract to SIM only, will it automatically cancel my old contract? Concerned it will continue charging me for my contract that has ended in Feb.

Hi if you have upgraded through the app with your existing number it will change your current tariff and you wont be paying for 2 contracts

Hi @Aj2000,

If you upgrade, your contract will automatically change to the new sim only that you choose which will terminate the old contract as you are signing a new agreement.
