hi i have recieved a letter saying thanks hope you enjoy your free samsung wireless ear buds (1st class postage) but i have not recieved them. i cant get to talk to any one and all other avenues are quite frankly useless, has anyone else recieved such a letter and are they still going to arrive or have they gone missing. any help
