is anyone else getting emails to say that their email address needs to be verified? I've had a few now telling me to log in and verify my details or my account will be closed down. Is this spam, the address it comes from is noreply@o2.co.uk

I have also received an email about my email account but this one is saying that all 2 email accounts will be deactivitated on the 1 Nov, I am sure this is a scam too.  Anyone else had this?
