Hey guys after a couple of months of arguing o2 are replacing my phone, I was just wondering if when the courier delivers my new phone do i need the box and all the leads for my faulty one to be sent back

You may also have to retain the battery and battery cover if they are removable.
Don't forget to remove your sim and sd card too if you have one.

Hi.

From memory all they will send is the phone itself.

Keep the charger and leads.

you will just get a handset in a brown box so keep the leads and charger and remember to remove your sim as I recall you have an htc one so no removeable battery or back
cover

Hey @Anonymous yeah I got it sorted they sent me a brand new phone charger and heatset and I just had to give the delivery guy my old phone 🙂

I am due a doorstep swap, how long did it take from when you requested/were told you were going to swap to actually receiving the phone?
