If your existing SIM is working, please use the ‘Swap My SIM’ service to activate your replacement SIM card here at http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/.
If this is a new contract it can take up to 24 hours to activate and it should do it automatically
If its a PAYG SIM then you need to top up to activate it, which you can do here: http://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-and-go/topping-up
