helo,

 

i have upgraded about 1month ago to simpliciu buy my phone is playing up .... can i change my mind and choose diffrent tarif with handset?

Have you reset the old phone yet and wiped all info off it?

Not as yet. As it is I have the old iPhone 5, with number I want to keep,then new iPhone with a temp number. I have given my new network the pac code and also my number that I'm keeping

Sounds like the port may have started - Give it 24 hours to settle down and give both phones a reboot.

I imagined you saying that in a Star Wars voice 😝! Regarding the old phone and iTunes, would it be because I've had a text from O2 saying to place a non o2 sim into phone then connect to iTunes to complete the unlock ?

That's just to complete the unlock process - Shouldn't make any difference to anything else.
Complete unlock, reset phone and try again you will slight_smile
