Tried to contact retentions team and no answer for 20 minutes, been on live chat for an hour and no-one on there either,,, Are o2 having issues??

Another tale of poor service by O2. I don't know how long we can keep making excuses for them....when really there is no excuse at all slight_frown

Live chat can give you a PAC. I moved one of my accounts the other week and was supplied with PAC by live chat, although they did drag it out a bit I got there in the end.
