How do I stop 02 sending message alerts telling me that I need credit to active services when I am not even using them. Don't want to be forced to top up my phone to stop these messages. Approx receiving 12 a day and through th night. Someone said that I should ring them from my landline but why should I pay for the call when I ahven't asked for these alerts.

 

Thanks for any advice on this. Very irritating. Had to switch phone off.

if theses are for data then ensure you have turned cell data off on your handset some built in apps if it is a smartphone will be trying to get updatres.
