Switching Voicemail Off

Hello. Hoping someone may be able to help. I've been trying to switch off my voicemail. I've rung 1760 several times but each time it's says unable to do it.Does anyone know what I would need to try to do this?Many Thanks!

I've been unable to activate my Amazon Music Unlimited offer due to an "activation error" and have been unable to contact o2 about this. Any help or advice from anyone experiencing or who has had this problem, would be appreciated.Thank you.
