problems trying to get answers about my new tripple sim contract- with 3 online chat servers so much wasted time spent typing with all of them and each time we get to the nitty gritty of the problem- contact LOST- I smell a rat and wished I didnt upgrade- I filled out 2 request to keep old number,not happening and now a bill which i wasnt expecting!!!!

Seriously? I just called customer service and got through straight away, no hold music or anything and once through saying what the problem was and answering the security question it was an instant connection to an adviser so no problems for me at all

To add, just got a response that there seems to be no issues at the moment with Customer Service phone lines.
