If you are calling from an O2 sim, dial 202 for customer services.

I'm having a problem too. Webchat couldn't solve my problem and told me to ring 202 or 03448090202. I've tried these numbers 14 times from two O2 sims and a landline and got disconnected every time beore my call was answered. I'm bemused about how difficult it is to communicate with a communications company.
