I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro and for some reason I cannot use the WiFi in the London Underground. I switched from one carrier to O2 and whenever I try to Connect to free underground WiFi (which is not WiFi extra) it says my number does not exist. Would you know why ?

Have you registered at somewhere like McDonalds or Costa previously?

I think I might have done costa once but not 100% sure. With previous carrier I only had to do the steps they indicated in the login page, this time it doesn’t work. Would you know why and should I connect with costa first? Bear in mind, the WiFi extra works but it is very slow compared to WiFi on the tube

Yes it's usually OK if you have connected elsewhere previously.
