Why can't I get a PAC code?

I've requested this 5 times.

I've got through the BOT system to be advised the department only work 08.00 to 22.00. WHY THEN, at 20.00 is it impossible to get through.

The back office needs a thorough shake up.

I just want a PAC code so I can leave. Is that too much to ask???

OK, I know that is the system, but after 5 times of doing just that, I still don't get a code. I thought it was a requirement for the company to reply within a very short space of time. If that is the case, what can I do if they just don't?

@SkipperPete

You can get it in your MyO2.

Details in my guide already posted above.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I have sent them 5 requests by text message for the PAC, but they just don't respond. Any idea how I can get the code any other way?

@SkipperPete

MyO2 process:

1. Log into your MyO2. MyO2 sign in
4. Click the MyO2 dropdown then manage your details
5. At the bottom of this page is a "Thinking of switching from o2" section
6. Press continue on this section and follow the next steps, (may have to turn off your ad blocker). and you should get your PAC code if you have multiple devices through my o2.
