My current sim card is 4G, I now need a 5G sim but actually getting in touch with o2 is f***i*g impossible, the app chat is crap, and speaking to a person - no chance. Is there a provider that actually speaks to customers?

@mrfkucingangry

You can go in store with photo ID and walk out with a new sim for free.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

But bear in mind @mrfkucingangry that 5G is only available from O2 for Pay Monthly contract customers.

It is not available to PAYG customers. 👍

As mentioned on another post @mrfkucingangry has been calling O2 on 202, so is on a contract.
