Voicemail not working

Just realised my voicemail is not working at all. No one who rings me and I can not answer is given the chance to leave a message, after ringing for a while it just cuts them off. Any ideas how I can fix this please.

Try turning on by dialing 1750.

Do you have Tugo installed?
If you do, check the voicemail switch in the app settings.
