Solved: Voicemail PAYG - Expert advice needed

Hello

The voicemail on my PAYG does not work with the phone switched off.

Calls do divert when unanswered, when switched on - so Voicemail is set up.

Why is this?

Make sure your "divert when unreachable" is set to voicemail.
