View MMS attachment online

I received a text from O2 to go to o2.co.uk/m/ to view a media message. 

I can log on ok with the provided pin and my phone number then click into the message. It says 1 attachment but I can't see a way to view the attachment, can anyone help please?

If you use your phone, you need to turn mobile data on to view the media message.

If viewing via a tablet or PC you should be given an option to open or save document. (That's how it works for me anyway. )

At that point it should load automatically.

Check your browser setting s to see if you have pop ups blocked or something else that is preventing it.

Also try a different browser on PC etc.
