In your MyO2, select Manage Your Account, Contact Preferences...

The system will send you a one-time pin after sending you a warning SMS, then...

You need to login to Myo2 and click on More then Manage your contact preferences..

Bare in mind this wont stop o2 sending you bills, or regulatory required documentation.
