The Community is not O2 and as customers we can't access accounts
Contact the Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

it may have been delayed lost or delivered to the wrong address. Contact O2 and ask for a replacement to be sent out or alternatively pop into a store and see if they can assist you further.
