Contact O2 by ringing or using social media and request an unlock code.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

O2 have verbally given me one PUK code which didn't work and when I went onto the website to get one, a completely different number came up!  That one doesn't work either!  Any idea what to do next?  I am desperate to leave O2 - they delayed giving me the PUK so I rolled into the next charging period (I'm cancelling my DD once the last charging period has been paid).  The auto chat is rubbish - so is their customer service.

My new sim is activated by the new network  - it's O2 who are causing problems!

Any advice would be gratefully received.

You don't need a PUK to unlock your phone.

Follow the guide posted above.
