Since i changed my package I am unable to access the internet away from home. It tells me I do not have cellular network. Why

What tariff are you on and what phone?

 

sounds like when you swapped tariffs you have been put on the wrong data bolton

 

try changing your apns to one of the ones listed here o2 apns if one of those work and depending on your answer to the above question you may need o2 to change the data bolton to reflect your handset type

My guess would be an iPhone.
Try Settings >General >Reset >Network Settings

Last resort ring o2 UK customer services on 202 for contract or 4445 payg to gave your account checked.

Text ACTIVE to 2020. Save the settings and reboot your phone.
